SMS serves market segments such as: the restaurant industry, food retailers and institutional foodservice accounts. Customers within the restaurant market include quick-serve restaurants, casual dining restaurants, full service restaurants and specialty chains, including ice cream stores. Within the food retail market the company serves grocery stores (supermarkets & hypermarkets), pharmacies, convenience stores, specialty gourmet stores, and bakeries. The institutional food service (hospitality) market includes hospitals, prisons, stadiums, convention centers, hotels, amusement parks and other meal and food preparation facilities.
